Mostly regional products from the valley, grown by local organic farmers if possible: some veggies from Healthy Hugs Organics, Beef from the Gattiker Farm in Telkwa, Pork from Happy Pig Organics and BC raised, free range chicken from the Sausage Factory. We label everything that does contain wheat, gluten or dairy. We do have some vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu.
